My shaker keyrings are beautifully crafted resin accessories that combine visual appeal with sensory delight.

Each shaker keyring features a sturdy resin casing filled with mineral oil and an array of delightful inserts, like glitter, tiny charms, or other decorative elements. When shaken, these pieces move fluidly inside, creating a captivating, sparkly display that is as fun to watch as it is to carry.

Creating a shaker keyring is a meticulous, multi-step process:

1. Casting the Case: First, the resin for the casing is carefully mixed and poured into a mould. This step involves precise measurements and a keen eye for detail to ensure the perfect shape and finish.
2. Curing: The resin is left to cure for 24hrs, hardening into a durable, transparent casing that forms the base of the shaker keyring.
3. Adding the Fillings: Once the casing is fully cured, I add mineral oil along with the chosen inserts, such as glitter, tiny charms, or other decorative elements that will move and shimmer inside the keyring.
4. Sealing and Finishing: The shaker is then sealed with a layer of acetate and topped with UV resin to create a smooth, durable surface. This final layer is cured under UV light to ensure a perfect, crystal-clear finish.

For individuals with neurodivergent conditions like Autism and/or ADHD , stimming can be a crucial way to manage sensory input, focus their thoughts, or cope with overwhelming situations. Common forms of stimming include hand-flapping, tapping, spinning objects, or even watching repetitive movements like those inside a shaker keyring.
