1. What materials are your products made from?

All of my pieces are made with high-quality epoxy resin, pigments, glitters, and various inserts like charms or confetti. Some pieces may also contain small beads or other decorative elements. I hand-mix, pour, and finish each product myself.

2. Can I place a custom order?

Yes! I offer custom options for my shakers and other products. You can choose different colours, glitters, and inserts to create something truly unique. Simply visit the custom product page to get started, or contact me if you have specific requests.

3. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

I typically ship out orders twice a week on Mondays, and Wednesdays. For orders placed after Wednesday, your item will be shipped the following week. Delivery within Ireland usually takes 1–2 business days, while international orders may take longer, depending on your location.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. International shipping can take anywhere from 7–21 business days.

5. How do I care for resin accessories?

To keep your resin accessories looking their best:

  • Avoid exposure to prolonged sunlight, which can cause discolouration over time.
  • Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches.
  • Clean gently with a damp cloth if necessary.

6. What if my item arrives damaged?

While I take great care in packaging items, accidents can happen; if your product arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll work together to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement or a refund.

7. Are your products safe for children?

Some products, especially small items like keyrings and earrings, contain small parts and are not intended for children under 5 years of age.

Be aware that resin accessories should not be brought near/put in the mouth; always supervise children when handling these items.

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Custom orders, however, are non-refundable due to their personalised nature.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey to your door.

10. Do your shakers require special care?

Yes! Resin shakers contain liquid inside, so avoid dropping them or exposing them to extreme heat. Clean the outer surface with a damp cloth, and store them safely when not in use.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay and other secure payment options.

12. Are your products handmade?

Yes, all of my products are carefully handmade. This means no two items are alike, and small imperfections may be present. I believe these imperfections add to the unique charm of each piece! Each one is Born Different.
